Dr. Nader Hawa
Principal and Clinical Director
Dr. Hawa graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Dr. Hawa is highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, and is an expert trainer and educator of other dentists, as well being a leading practitioner.
Dr. Hawa enjoys working with other dentists, teaching and providing clinical and case acceptance direction and help, especially in more difficult dental cases. Dr. Hawa is not only well respected as a clinician by his patients, he is also a very high producer of high-end dentistry. He knows how to communicate large treatment plans to patients, and get them to accept his treatment recommendations. Dr. Hawa averages over $1 million per year in personal production, working only 20-24 hours per week.
Dr. Hawa currently owns and works his practice in Sterling, Virginia in addition to being the Clinical Director for The Guident Group.
Joseph Kerner
Principal and Director of Operations
Mr. Kerner has consulted over 200 dental practices, working inside his clients’ practices, side-by-side and shoulder-to-shoulder with the doctors and staff. He developed successful systems, training programs and practice building actions for his clients, producing excellent results in any practice and under any conditions.
In 1998, Mr. Kerner was a co-founder of a successful group of dental practices in Virginia and North Carolina. He managed and grew 9 dental practices; under his leadership, these practices increased production and income by 300-400% within three years. This group was sold for a high profit in 2013.
Mr. Kerner is an expert in treatment acceptance systems, marketing, staff management and training, and practice building.
Dr. Dave Cutts
Practicing Dentist and Guident Consultant
Dr. Cutts created a very successful practice in Temecula, CA, and has practiced dentistry for over 30 years.
He is a graduate of Loma Linda University and volunteered as a clinical instructor in their Department of Oral Surgery.
He has trained under the leading clinicians in implants, complex crown and bridge cases and cosmetic dentistry, and is widely known for his extensive experience in complex and sedation dentistry with over 8,000 cases treated.
Dr. Cutts currently owns three dental practices in Southern California – including his main office in Temecula. He opened 2 new successful practices in the past 2 years.
Linda Ferguson
Business and Training Consultant
Linda is a certified consultant and trainer and has been consulting business since 1994.
She's worked with several major corporations including Microsoft, Sprint, Seiko and Brinks Safes among others. She heads Guident Group's training and support departments.
